Driving & Comfort Assessment
City Driving
Instant torque delivery makes city driving effortless with zero lag. Turning radius of 5.2m is reasonable for urban maneuvers. Good ground clearance for everyday Indian road conditions.
Highway Performance
172 bhp provides confident highway cruising with adequate overtaking power. Linear power delivery and regenerative braking make highway driving smooth and efficient.
Ride & Comfort
Torsion beam rear suspension handles most road imperfections adequately. Cabin noise is well-controlled at city speeds; some wind noise creeps in on highways.

Recent Owner Reviews
20 reviews"Easy Ev For City: Easy to drive, nice interior and very safe. Good range for daily use, gives 350-450 km approx. But the boot is small, back seat headroom is less and it's noisy on highways. Not fast or sporty. Good for city and family use if you don't need big space. Heartect-e platform, 5-star BNCAP, Level 2 ADAS. Overall good package."
"Best Electric Car: It seems to be awesome car will surely buy in near future as it had good mileage and even offers best range include blind spot monitoring adaptive cruise control and rugged suv styling with 4wd and good lights and sound system and design is super awesome and even good for buying in baas finally loved it."
"E Vitara , The Badass: The car is awesome as compared their rivals e vitara is rough and tough. It offers comfortness that don't feel any bored from e vitara. Maruti always known for their reliability and performance. The moon may be fall but maruti never disappoint their customers. Its always done with recharge to introduce something new."
"E-Vitara: Better driving experience, smooth running, best city drive and used it up to 400Km city to city drive, one way go, recharge and come back comfort and fast recharge and home recharge also."
"EV E-vitara: Maruti Suzuki e-vitara is a practical electric SUV Car, offering strong range, modern feature and solid safety. It delivers smooth city performance, comfortable interior and reliable daily usability for family & urban drivers, and look wise very beautiful strong car. Anyone who is planing to buy electric car can consider purchasing this one."
"Smooth Drive, Practical EV: Loved the smooth, silent drive, quick pickup, and clean console design. However, rear seat support is lacking, cabin height feels limited, and interior isn’t premium for the price."
"Total value for money: Technical specs of the car: 61 kWh battery. Name one car in the segment of 15-20 lakhs that has this battery pack? None of them has it. Coming to range, this car delivers 6 km/kWh -7km/kWh on open roads when driven at 80-90 km/h. Now, why is the range in the test drive car so low? Sales guys were very eager to satisfy customers and push the air conditioning to 21 °C, and most drivers were driving flat-out speeds, which every EV shows less range. I am getting a constant range of 6-7km/kWh with zero regen on highways in eco mode. I am very sure Maruti deliberately locked the charging speed to 60 kwh speed to protect the battery and might increase this lock in future with a software update, just like how Creta EV did. The main advantage of using the Suzuki e-Vitara is Nexa chargers at every outlet exclusively for Suzuki vehicles, and you need not look for other chargers. Coming to build quality, the Vitara is in the league of VW and Skoda, and I am not kidding about this. This car is vfm because it is way cheaper than the Creta with a 51 kWh battery, or the Nexon with 45 kWh, or the Currv with 55 kWh battery. it got 8 years battery warranty, unlike Tata, MG, who give warranty only for 1st owner and the second owner gets only an 8-year warranty. No one has used EV for 15 years."
"I have purchased E Vitara on 13 March 2026 it's my first EV Car, My priority for long driving current i drove 3600 Plus Kms in 1 Month with an average 200kms per day, I should say i just love the proportionate and how good it is safest. Definitely a Head turner on Highways and streets, if i maintain speed of 80km/hr. I'm getting a real world range of 480kms on single charge - Thanks to suzuki and Team for this wonderful product."
"Great choice.: This is a great composition. Don't compare the features; it's a very good car in terms of reliability, practicality, and driveability. Range is almost what they said, it's stable on the road, Big in space. Safety is good. And unlike Tata, it is completely reliable in terms of service and after-sales support."
"Overall the car is good as we consider it from suzuki buyer's perspective but when we compare it with other ev in this price, e vitara lacks a lot.: I recently had the opportunity to drive the Maruti Suzuki e-Vitara and the experience was impressive. The car feels smooth and silent while driving, and the instant acceleration makes city driving very comfortable. The interior looks premium and spacious, and the technology features are easy to use. Handling is stable even on rough roads, and the ride quality feels refined. Overall, it was a great driving experience, and the eVitarra seems like a promising electric SUV for daily use as well as long drives."
"Over priced, Charger is not free !: Overpriced! At 17.49 L for Zeta, you are not getting Cruise Control. Forget about rear seat comfort; headroom is not at all justifiable for more than 5'9\" tall, and the compromised boot space. Maruti Suzuki and the dealer are not sure how much load one has to increase from DISCOM. Even though Maruti Suzuki has advertised a free home charger of 7.2 Kw till 31st March 26, the dealer has denied it on face. The only positive is that it is 5 star safety rating car. Range-wise, it was showing only 4.1 km per kWh and the remaining 256km for 57% of the remaining battery. Hence, you cannot make it your primary car."
"Overpriced Zeta variant of EVitara: Checked out the Evitara at Nexa showroom. Honestly, its overpriced considering the missing features like cruise control in delta and zeta variants. Maruti should revisit the pricing to justify these cuts. Not sure, it attract the buyers."
"Nice car: Impressed with its sleek design, smooth electric performance, and smart tech features. Efficient, spacious, and fun to drive. Can be your only car if you want to buy an EV for city and highway."
"Good Range: Nice comfort, good looking but range test is also good but comfort, its not good like other electric vehicles power is in low range, high range is great overall nice electric vehicles for mid range and its look is also very compact, it's price is little high and overall good car than other electric vehicles."
"Good car: Good car and value for money for that budget. Provided a Stepney wheel, adas, fast charging bigger battery pack, which tata fails in that. Could have provided sunroof option instead moon roof. Instrument cluster and infotainment not looks good they could have done that better. Blindspot detection and dashcam also could have added"
"Maruti Suzuki e Vitara : It a good looking car having all useful and luxury features with everything we can ask for in that price range with good color options and a pretty interior with a punchy performance."
"Game Changer Car: The design is outstanding. Maruti always gives down-to-earth cars to their customers. So this will be the game changer car in this segment."
"A Practical And Reliable Electric SUV For Everyday: The Maruti Suzuki vitara ev is well balanced electric SUV designed mainly for practicality, comfort and reliability rather than outright performance. It's offer a smooth and refined driving experience, making it ideal for daily city use as well as occasional highway trips. The acceleration is linear and predictable, which may not excite performance."
"Awesome Electric Car That I Have Ever Seen: Comfortable & luxury that I feel when I saw it at nexa in narnaul city. Good range of 450 to 550, very nice dashboard, comfortable seat, nice rear look. It suits for daily up down employees who can't afford heavy increasing price of petrol in India. Good ground clear, wonderful & awesome appearance than any other ev."
"It Is A Good Priced: It is a good priced car in its segment and as per my thinking customers are accepting it more rapidly. I hope it will kill its rival very soon and be in the top position very shortly. Its mileage which is claimed by company 543 and it gives very close as 500. Good in design and colour combination are very great looking."
