  • Vehicle prices are indicative and may vary by dealer, city, and time of purchase
  • Depreciation projections are estimates based on market trends and historical data
  • On-road prices include estimated RTO, insurance, and other charges which may differ
  • Mileage, specifications, and features are sourced from manufacturer data and may change
  • Community reviews reflect individual user opinions and not the views of CarSearch24

CarSearch24 does not guarantee the accuracy of any data and is not liable for decisions made based on our analysis. Always verify with authorized dealers before making a purchase.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

The Platform may contain links to third-party websites, dealer listings, or services. CarSearch24 is not responsible for the content, accuracy, or practices of these external sites. Your interactions with third parties are solely between you and them.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, CarSearch24 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you, if any, for accessing paid features.
