"Not Reliable Like Other Maruti Suzuki Products: I have been the owner of this mini truck for one year, and my experience with it has been very disappointing. While it's undoubtedly a good mini truck, the after-sales service is extremely poor. There is a lack of availability of parts at the service center. Currently, my truck has been at the service center for five days due to a gear shaft oil seal issue, which they do not have in stock at the Maruri service center. This problem started in the third month after purchase when I noticed a leak. I showed it to a mechanic at the service center, and he initially attributed it to moisture. However, after one year, they finally opened the gearbox and discovered that the seal was indeed damaged. Such issues in a new vehicle are completely unacceptable."
